* Analyzing and interpreting information gathered effectively
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching and mentoring skills, with previous experience in an Advisory role.
Prior experience working with employment legislation, investigations, and performance case management is also essential.
In addition, the ability to create and collaborate effective and respectful working relationships is crucial.
Desirable Qualifications
Prior experience working in a mining or resources fly-in fly-out site environment is highly desirable.
