Your New Role and Responsibilities Based in our Kingston, Canberra office, you will lead commercial and contracting activities for major Defence and Federal Government tenders, supporting Business Development, Capture Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to shape winning bids. Responsibilities Lead commercial strategy and authoring for major tender responses Review and advise on Commonwealth approaches to market Drive supplier engagement, teaming agreements, and subcontract negotiations Manage commercial approvals and provide expert guidance to capture teams Provide probity advice and support broader commercial tasks across Leidos What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact Experience engaging with Commonwealth customers and suppliers Strong capability working with Defence ASDEFCON procurement frameworks Proven commercial drafting skills for tender and supplier documentation Ability to negotiate terms, scope and pricing in complex, multidisciplinary environments Experience contributing in small, fast-paced commercial or bid teams Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application.
