What You'll Do
* Learning Strategy Development: Design and deliver a phased L&D framework to build capabilities, address skills gaps, and align with strategic objectives.
* Program Design and Delivery: Create engaging and impactful learning programs using blended learning solutions, including e-learning, workshops, and coaching.
* Leadership Development: Develop initiatives to grow internal talent pipelines, including leadership workshops and mentoring programs.
* Training Management: Manage the full training lifecycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, ensuring measurable outcomes and ROI.
* Learning Technology: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content relevance and accessibility while leveraging technology-driven solutions.
* Performance Analysis: Develop metrics and analyze learning outcomes, providing insights and continuous improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
What You'll Bring
* Solid experience in contemporary L&D specialties, with a proven ability to deliver innovative and strategic solutions.
* Strong project management, organisational, and instructional design skills.
* Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field (desirable).
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
* A passion for creating positive learning experiences and championing a culture of growth.
