The successful candidate will play a vital and accountable role in originating and executing M&A and capital raising transactions across a range of industry sectors, preparing and reviewing client materials, and supporting the team in financial analysis and market research.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the execution and origination of M&A and capital raising transactions and manage multiple transaction workstreamsUse their network to connect companies/clients with buyers and investorsReview marketing pitchbooks and related materials, Information Memorandums, Management Presentations and other documentsConduct and review financial modelling, company valuation, and financial analysisNurture, train and develop junior team membersSkills and Attributes:6+ years experience of relevant investment banking and transaction experience in a bulge bracket or boutique investment bank or corporate advisory firm, including skills in M&A and strategic investmentExperience in providing technical guidance, support and review of junior team members' workExcellent commercial, financial and analytical skills, particularly in financial modellingStrong communication skills and ability to build client relationshipsStrong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members of all levelsStrong work ethic and good cultural fitBroad interests across all industry sectors and capital marketsApplicants must have full working rights in Australia.We look forward to receiving your CV and a cover letter outlining why you would be a great fit for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
