As Branch Manager, you'll drive operational excellence and business growth at the Newcastle site, leading a talented team while developing strategies to expand market presence.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll manage operations and craft initiatives that fuel growth.
This full-time, on-site position is focused on driving site performance and profitability with real autonomy to make decisions and implement your vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting warehouse and installation teams to optimise workflows and maintain quality standards
- Fostering a safety-first culture through regular audits and WHS compliance
- Overseeing P&L; management and implementing strategies for sustained growth
- Building and mentoring high-performing teams through continuous development
- Managing customer relationships and driving sales initiatives to exceed targets
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align site strategies with company objectives
- Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements
Must Have:
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to motivate teams
- Commercial mindset and business acumen with P&L; responsibility experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Safety-focused with solid understanding of WHS requirements
- Excellence in verbal and written communication
- Experience in site management or similar role (3+ years)
- Proven team leadership experience
- Manufacturing/distribution industry experience highly regarded
- Values-driven with focus on integrity and teamwork
