Responsibilities
* Lead clinical excellence and shape care outcomes in a well‐supported residential home
* Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement with strong governance backing
* Inspire and develop a multidisciplinary clinical team
* Lead and oversee clinical care delivery to ensure safe, person‐centred outcomes
* Champion clinical governance, quality standards and regulatory compliance
* Manage care planning, assessments, and complex clinical needs
* Drive continuous improvement, audits and risk management initiatives
* Mentor and support a high‐performing clinical team
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
* Experience leading clinical teams and improving care outcomes
* Proven skills in risk management, incident investigation and compliance
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
