Position Purpose
This role supports the HR Manager in delivering effective, consistent, and practical HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‐to‐day HR activities while providing frontline support to employees and leaders.

The Opportunity
This is a hands‐on HR Advisor role suited to someone who enjoys variety and being close to the business. You will support HR operations, coordinate processes, and provide first‐level HR advice, while contributing to a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Systems
* Maintain HR systems and employee records
* Support HR policies and documentation
* Assist with reporting and data updates
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Coordinate recruitment and interview processes
* Manage onboarding and inductions
* Support hiring managers with administration
Employee Relations
* Provide first‐level HR advice and support
* Assist with performance management processes
* Prepare ER documentation
* Escalate complex matters to HR Manager/legal advisors
WHS Support
* Assist with injury management and reporting
* Support return‐to‐work coordination
* Maintain WHS records and compliance
Learning & Engagement
* Support training coordination
* Assist with engagement and wellbeing initiatives
About You – What You'll Bring
* Experience in HR coordination or advisory support
* Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
* Exposure to ER and/or WHS (desirable)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
* A hands‐on, team‐focused approach
