About the role
Join our vibrant and skilled team at Coles as a Production Technician within our Milk manufacturing operations at MilkCo. You will be responsible for the effective running of the production line by overseeing the operations of automated machinery, including milk processing, filling, packaging, and logistics. Your role will be key in maintaining best practices while prioritising a safe and healthy work environment.
About you and your skills
* Experience in an FMCG food manufacturing site operating production machinery
* Experience in food processing and pharmaceutical sectors preferred
* Proven ability in fault finding, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
* Experience in applying quality control techniques and inspections
* Commitment to continuous learning and supporting team members' development
