Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing stock and financials, and developing high-performing teams.
* Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
* Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and styling expertise
* Ensure stores meet visual merchandising standards and maintain a positive shopping environment
* Manage operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock control and financial management
* Celebrate customers by empowering them to make informed purchasing decisions
* Develop and execute strategies to drive business results and growth
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in fashion retail management, preferably in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role
* Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A creative eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
