Sustainable Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our Team part-time as an Administrative Assistant at our head office in Karana Downs
About us:
Sustainable Pty Ltd is a small Design & Construction company with over 40 years' experience in delivering award-winning, design-led sustainable homes across Brisbane, broader south-east Queensland and northern NSW.
About the Role:
General day-to-day duties include (but not limited to):
* Answering and transferring phone calls
* Sending and responding to emails (including shared inbox management)
* Hard copy and digital document filing and archiving
* CEO personal assistance (e.g., booking appointments, preparing folders, etc.)
* Assisting team members with administrative duties, as required
* Assist in preparing and formatting documents/spreadsheets and generating reports
* Liaising with internal and external parties (e.g., suppliers, business partners, etc.)
* Manage office supplies inventory, inventory orders and post-office mail pick-up
* General cleaning and other ad hoc administrative duties, as required
Role Requirements:
* No experience required, though prior experience in a similar role will be looked upon favourably
* Be available to work within normal business hours and a minimum of 24-hours per week
* Must have a driver's license and your own reliable vehicle and/or have reliable transport (*Please note there is no public transport near us)
* Someone with a friendly and positive outlook, an organised and self-motivated disposition and a focused willingness to learn and contribute within a small team environment

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Organised business administration skills with attention to detail
* Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) and related software / technology
* Capable of working unsupervised and within a small team environment
* Capacity to handle pressure, work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
* Passionate commitment to assist and help grow the business
