Responsibilities
* Provide on‐site technical assistance to resolve issues.
* Develop customer relationships to ensure customers have a positive experience and remain loyal to the Sandvik brand.
* Provide technical coaching to the service network on proper operation, maintenance and troubleshooting practices.
* Provide technical support to end users, operators and service personnel in cases of complex technical issues.
* Provide relevant feedback to Technical Support Managers and Factory Product Engineering to enable improvements to equipment or its operation.
* Assist in compiling accurate data to process warranty claims and engineering machine improvements.
* Advise on spare parts required for planned and unplanned maintenance.
* Work with site planners and coordinators to schedule and prioritise corrective work.
About you
You are a seasoned professional with expertise in Sandvik Underground Drills, holding a Mechanical Trade Certificate (or equivalent). You bring hands‐on experience working in remote and demanding environments, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure and deliver results within tight timeframes.
