Requirements
* Current experience in grill and fryer cooking, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure
* Strong knowledge of salad and vegetable bar preparation, including menu planning and execution
* Previous sous chef experience is advantageous, demonstrating leadership skills and ability to drive kitchen operations forward
