We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HSE Administrator to join our growing team in Tweed Heads. This role is ideally suited to someone who is passionate about workplace safety and has experience working within high-risk environments such as wind farms, construction, or major infrastructure projects.

The Role
As our HSE Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the company's Health, Safety & Environmental systems and ensuring compliance across our operations. Working closely with site teams and management, you will help maintain a strong safety culture in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.
Key Requirements
* Must be local to the Tweed Heads / Northern Rivers region
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Previous HSE administration experience within wind farms, construction, or other high-risk industries
* Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation, safety standards, and compliance requirements
* Experience supporting HSE systems, reporting, and documentation
* Knowledge of ICare reporting requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Minimum Cert IV in WHS required
