About the Role
BGIS is seeking a dedicated Mailroom Driverto join our team in Singleton, NSW. In this role, you will sort and deliver incoming mail, ensuring efficient and timely distribution across the base. Key Responsibilities
Sort and deliver mail and packages across the base to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
Provide effective mailroom and courier transportation services for the client.
Administer replacement vehicles as needed in the event of fleet vehicle breakdowns.
Maintain vehicles in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times.
Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional interactions.
Provide support to the Transport Coordinator as required.
About You
Demonstrated professionalism in communication and service excellence.
Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
Solid communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workloads within specified time frames.
A valid C Class Driver's Licenceis essential.
Eligibility
