This is a fantastic opportunity with an established busy Perth Studio. Our client is a well-regarded architectural practice with a strong portfolio of projects. Known for their collaborative culture and high standards in design and delivery, they are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to strengthen their technical team and play a pivotal role in project delivery. Projects primarily span Mixed-use developments, Commercial, Multi Residential and Hospitality.
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will take the lead in coordinating and delivering high-quality documentation across a diverse range of projects. Your duties as Senior Architectural Technician will include but are not limited to:
* Lead detailed documentation production (DA, CC, Tender & Construction packages) using Revit.
* Oversee and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
* Provide technical expertise across building codes, compliance, and construction methods.
* Resolve design and construction challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring best practice documentation standards.
The successful applicants will be quality output focussed, have excellent attention to detail, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. To be considered for this role you must have:
* Qualifications in Architecture.
* Proficient understanding of REVIT - ESSENTIAL.
* 5+ years' experience in an architectural technician/documentation role - ESSENTIAL.
* Proven experience delivering mid-to-large scale projects from design development through construction.
* REVIT Documentation samples you can provide to demonstrate your REVIT proficiency - ESSENTIAL.
* Relevant experience working on various large projects in Australia.
* Familiar with Australian Standards & Codes.
* Australian or NZ Citizen, or PR- ESSENTIAL.
