About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Retail Store Administrator to join IGA Moss Vale. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the store, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily administrative tasks including:
* Cash management and banking
* data entry, process invoices, orders, and deliveries with accuracy
* Assist with payroll, rostering, and staff records
* Maintain stock control documentation and reports
* Liaise with suppliers and internal team members
* Support store management with reporting and compliance requirements
* Handle customer inquiries and provide general support when needed
About You:
* Previous experience in retail administration or a similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of retail operations or grocery industry (desirable)
