What To Expect
As an Asset Integrity & Maintenance Optimization in the APAC Energy & Charging Service team you will help keep Tesla's industrial energy assets running at peak reliability by improving data quality streamlining workflows and building scalable documentation that empowers field technicians and support teams across the region You will own key initiatives like auditing InstallBase data cleaning up Preventive Maintenance records and designing clear actionable processes for maintenance scheduling and issue escalation all with a focus on reducing downtime and driving operational excellence Your work will directly impact how assets are managed reported and maintained supporting Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy
You will collaborate closely with the Sr Commercial Asset Manager and cross functional teams contributing to real world projects that matter from automating reports to improving billing workflows and building a central knowledge hub in Confluence This is a hands on role for a driven thinker who thrives on solving problems owns outcomes and wants to make a tangible difference If you are detail oriented curious and ready to build systems that scale this is your chance to help power the future
What You'll Do
1. Own and elevate the APAC Asset Management Confluence hub by building clear, structured, and scalable knowledge resources for tech teams
2. Audit and clean InstallBase data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and real-time visibility across the asset lifecycle
3. Fix PM hygiene issues by refining protocols, removing duplicates, and improving data quality to reduce unplanned downtime
4. Design and document new AM workflows for maintenance scheduling, issue escalation, and compliance built for speed, clarity, and scale
5. Automate and validate key maintenance reports in InstallBase and related systems to ensure timely and accurate delivery
6. Analyze PM trends to surface root causes and drive proactive improvements in asset reliability
7. Keep billing and invoicing on track by monitoring timelines, flagging risks, and supporting on-time customer submissions
8. Identify inefficiencies, simplify processes, and apply Tesla-style rigor to make operations faster and more reliable
9. Represent the APAC AM team with clarity, ownership, and collaboration in cross-functional settings
10. Support customer inquiries under guidance to gain firsthand experience in high-impact, customer-facing asset operations
11. Take on stretch projects including data analysis, automation, and capstone initiatives that move the needle on team performance
What You'll Bring
12. Full time availability from Monday to Friday
13. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Business Supply Chain Energy Systems Data Analytics or a related field
14. Highly organized with a relentless eye for detail especially when cleaning data improving processes and building reliable documentation
15. Familiarity with databases such as SQL or similar systems and experience using Confluence or other knowledge platforms prior exposure to asset tracking tools is a plus
16. Natural curiosity and analytical mindset you spot trends in maintenance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
17. Clear direct communicator who builds trust across teams and can collaborate effectively with tech support field teams and stakeholders across APAC
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace with basic skills in Excel or Python for data analysis you are comfortable working with numbers and automating simple tasks
19. Deep passion for sustainable energy and Tesla's mission with a bias for action and a drive to make things better faster and smarter
