We’re Hiring: Customer Experience & Brand Support (Sunshine Coast / Work From Home)

Are you passionate about barefoot shoes, foot health, and helping people move better?
Do you also have a creative side? whether that’s social media, content, or design?

We’re looking for someone to join our team in a flexible Sunshine Coast-based role, combining customer service with brand support.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand, with the role designed to evolve as we expand — including plans for a local warehouse and office space.

About the Role

You’ll be the voice of bprimal — helping customers feel confident in their transition to healthier footwear — while also supporting the brand behind the scenes.

This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys both people + creative work.

Role Details:

* Sunshine Coast based (remote with option for in-office work)
* Part-time (with potential to grow into a full time role)
* Must be available 9am-5pm Mondays. Other days & hours can be flexible.
* Flexible work-from-home setup, with opportunity for in-person collaboration

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service (core role):

* Responding to emails, live chat, and social messages
* Helping customers choose the right shoes for their needs
* Assisting with orders, returns, and exchanges
* Delivering thoughtful, personalised support

Additional Responsibilities (based on your strengths):

* Assisting with social media (posts, replies, content ideas, editing)
* Supporting marketing campaigns or email content
* Basic website updates or product uploads
* Light design or SEO work

About You:

* You’re genuinely passionate about barefoot shoes, foot health, and helping others
* You’re a clear, friendly communicator who enjoys helping people
* You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
* You enjoy variety and are happy to jump between tasks

Bonus points if you have:

* Experience in eCommerce customer service
* A background in physio, podiatry, myotherapy, or health/wellness
* Skills in social media, marketing, or content creation
* Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools
* Design, website, or SEO experience
