We're looking for a Spa Apprentice to join our welcoming Spa Lucca team while completing a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (SHB40121). This is a fantastic entry point into the beauty and spa industry, combining structured training with hands-on experience in a premium spa environment.
Recruited as an apprentice, you'll learn from experienced professionals while supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness and beauty, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in the industry.
What You Will Be Doing
* Supporting the daily operations of Spa Lucca under the guidance of qualified therapists
* Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and calm ambience of treatment rooms and spa facilities
* Assisting with laundry and ensuring towels, linen, and products are well stocked
* Providing reception and guest coordination support as required
* Assisting therapists before, during, and after treatments
* Learning and applying industry best practice, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
* Helping ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing, 5-star spa experience
About You
You're warm, professional, and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and customer care. You're motivated to learn, take pride in your environment, and enjoy being part of a supportive, high-performing team. No previous spa experience is required – just a positive attitude and a willingness to grow.
