Role Description
We are currently recruiting part to full-time on-site role for a Child Psychologist, located in Ocean Grove, VIC. The Child Psychologist will work with children and their families to assess and address psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy, collaborating with families, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The psychologist will work within a therapeutic framework that aligns with evidence-based trauma and neuroaffirming practices to support positive client outcomes.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Psychology, Mental Health, and Psychological Testing
* Experience in Family Therapy and working with children and families
* Strong skills in applying evidence-based therapy approaches
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Relevant professional registration in psychology
* Familiarity with working with diverse populations across various age groups
* An empathetic, patient-centered approach to client care
