About the role
Liebherr Australia is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager – Customer Support East. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. This fixed-term position, covering parental leave for approximately 14 months, can be based at either the Mackay or Mt Thorley branch.
Duties
* Calendar, inbox and diary management for the GM. Meeting management, including coordinating meetings, agendas, room bookings.
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including travel coordination, expense claims, purchase orders, and general correspondence for external and internal stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems and information management processes
* Create and manage documents and spreadsheets, including templates, and macros
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
* Provide operational support to other members of the leadership team as required
About You
* 3+ years' experience in a similar Executive or Personal Assistant role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
* A proactive mindset, with initiative and problem-solving abilities
