The Opportunity
Reporting to our Manufacturing & Engineering Manager, we'reseeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to join our Projects team in Adelaide for a12 + monthcontract. Based at our Head Office, you'llplay a pivotal role in managing and delivering a major project, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Project Team, Divisional Manager, and suppliers to deliver multiple products for a major project.
* Review andmark uptechnical drawings and quality management documentation, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
* Coordinate with manufacturers,logistics, and external engineering resources to drive project success.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, preparing reports and updates to keep all parties informed.
* Manage and contribute to the overall project plan, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
* Provide budgeting data, real-time expenditure reporting, and oversee cashflow control.
About You
Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management is desirable.
Experience: 5 or more years in manufacturing or engineering, ideally with China-based manufacturers.
Proven success delivering projects with strict timelines and deliverables.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and Quality Management systems.
Knowledge of anddemonstratedexperience in dealing with ISO standards, Australian regulations, and compliance requirements.
Ability to build effective working relationships andoperatewithin budget constraints.
