two seasonal casual team members
to join us in our brand new Knobby store for our biggest season of the year
About the Roles:
This is your chance to be part of the energy and excitement at our new Sunshine Plaza store over the Christmas period Our
two seasonal casuals
will support us through peak season:
* Retail Customer Service (1 position)
– assisting customers, managing sales, and keeping the store looking its best.
* Stock Operations (1 position)
– helping with deliveries, stock unpacking, and keeping inventory organised and ready to go.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering legendary Knobby customer service that keeps people smiling
* Helping customers find the right product or gift
* Processing sales and keeping transactions smooth
* Replenishing stock and maintaining tidy, engaging displays
* Keeping the store clean, organised and always looking its best
What We're Looking For:
→ Positive, energetic vibe and a can-do attitude (you thrive on busy days)
→ Previous retail or customer service experience essential
→ Flexibility to work weekdays, late nights and weekends during the season
→ Availability across key peak weeks:
* W/C 10 Nov to 24 Nov – Pre & Black Friday
* W/C 1st Dec – Christmas Week
* Opportunity to continue through to January
