We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Buyer's Agent.
As an Associate Buyer's Agent, you will work closely with senior agents to support and manage the end-to-end buying process for clients. From initial brief through to exchange and settlement, you will gain deep exposure to the entire buyer journey while developing your skills and network within the prestige real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing client briefs and providing property search support
* Attend property inspections, off-markets, auctions, and private appointments on behalf of clients
* Liaise with selling agents to uncover off-market opportunities and maintain strong relationships
* Conduct market research, price analysis, and appraisals
* Prepare and present property shortlists and due diligence reports
* Assist in negotiation support and learn from senior agents
* Coordinate pre-settlement inspections and assist with the settlement process
* Maintain CRM and assist with client communications and admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for property and helping people
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised
* Able to work autonomously and within a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable networking and building relationships with sales agents and clients
* A strong desire to grow within a supportive, high-performing team
Qualifications & Requirements:
* NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (or currently obtaining)
* A valid driver's licence and access to a car
* Prior experience in property, sales, or client services preferred but not essential
* Availability to work Saturdays and outside standard business hours when required
