As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and launch of innovative consumer-facing products that deliver real value to customers while driving meaningful revenue for us. You will operate like an entrepreneur within the business, overseeing the design and validation of new products through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be on designing a pre-launch monetization product that helps games establish and engage their audience before launch using a novel on-chain mechanism underpinned by stablecoins. You will be responsible for proving the product's effectiveness, promoting it to high-quality games, and building operational capabilities to scale it.
Key Skills and Qualifications

* Experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm with a shift into execution-focused, fast-paced product or startup environments
* A strong track record of commercial ownership; you've built and launched new products or ventures that generated revenue and solved real user problems
* Comfort navigating zero-to-one environments, where the right answer isn't obvious and success comes from structured testing, customer intimacy, and decisive execution
* Deep curiosity about how consumer products monetize; you've thought about things like pricing psychology, incentive design, checkout flows, or yield mechanics, and can bring structured ideas to the table
