In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and championing excellence in educational practice. Collaborating closely with Educators, you will observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
Your expertise will play a crucial part in deepening the team's understanding of child development and early years content. Guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, you will work hand-in-hand with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and deliver high-quality learning outcomes.
To excel in this position, you will require strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. A relevant Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) is essential. Additionally, a current QLD Working with Children Check is mandatory.
