Senior Building Surveyor – Full Time
* Salary: $117,301 – $124,012 per annum
* Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
* Restricted private use of a vehicle

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced building surveyor to join the City in our Building Approvals team.
As one of two Senior Building Surveyors, your role will be to process a wide range of building permit applications, support and mentor less experienced staff, and provide a high level of customer service, accurate advice and timely decision making.
Key Selection Criteria
* Experience and ability to interpret the NCC BCA, legislation, local laws, and policies and procedures.
* Experience in supervising staff within a building approvals environment.
* Ability to manage time, set priorities and organise work within a team environment.
* Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying.
* Current registration as a Building Surveying Practitioner.
* Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card).
