About you: We're looking for someone who can apply their advanced skills, knowledge, experience and emotional intelligence in high-level negotiations, coordination, consultation, protected area management and human resources management — to supervise multiple teams seeking to strike a balance between protection and conservation of our parks and forests—while facilitating visitor access, recreation and ecotourism.
You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
Effective leadership skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions are essential, as is the capacity to communicate effectively with a broad range of senior program and operational staff, stakeholders and external clients.
