About the Role

Responsibilities
* Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
* Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices
* Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions
* Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.

About You
* Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
* Minimum 3 years experience in Landscaping
* Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain (preferred)
* White Card
* Valid Drivers' license
* Team player with excellent communication skills
