We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Head office team. Based in Mildura, the successful applicant will be proficient in using Microsoft Office and required to check large volumes of orders placed by Health Professionals against contractual requirements.
This role involves repetitive and consistent work, processing high volumes of orders, and suits someone who enjoys consistency and repetitiveness in their workload.
A National Police check is required for this position.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
* Actively contribute as a team player to achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators, including volume of processed orders, accuracy, and phone calls received
* Work within tight timeframes to receive, check, and action orders using a variety of databases and criteria
* Develop a sound understanding of various contractual guidelines to cross-check against orders placed
* Prepare approval requests and quotes and submit to the appropriate funding bodies when required to support team members
* Check that information on orders is correct, clear, and up to date by using multiple databases
* Previous experience in an administration role
* High attention to detail and excellent computer literacy and accuracy
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* Fast and accurate alphanumeric data entry skills
* Demonstrated attitude of service and experience in providing excellent customer service
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
