Our client is looking for a Senior Program Officer to join their team on a full-time basis for an initial 12-month temporary contract with extension possibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong stakeholder‑engagement skills, experience in clinical or operational project work, and a solid understanding of mental health service environment
Your new role
As a Senior Program Officer your responsibilities will include:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Support the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical and operational projects and programs
* Produce high‑quality written and verbal communication, including briefs, advice, submissions, procurement documents and correspondence for internal and external decision‑making forums.
* Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement by developing and maintaining processes
* Participate in program evaluation activities, including project management tasks that support strategic priorities, quality improvement initiatives, and the ongoing development of clinical policies and procedures.
* Apply strong process-design and analytical skills to develop effective procedures and workflows.
