**Your day to day**
Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport is looking for Night Guest Service Agents to join our Night Front Desk team working from 11pm to 7am.
We encourage you to bring your personality and passion to work every day so you can anticipate our guests' needs and deliver a fantastically memorable stay.
In your role, one minute you will be checking a guest in, next minute providing advice on how to travel to the city followed by dropping off a guest at the airport in our airport shuttle bus. This role will keep you busy with face to face and over the phone interactions with our guests.

**What we need from you**
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Experience: Have experience in a customer service setting where you have dealt with various types of queries in a professional setting
- Flexibility: you can work varied night shifts over 7 days a week from 11pm to 7am
- Victorian drivers licence: Must have a full drivers licence (no P Plates) and the confidence to drive a people mover, van/shuttle bus
- Personality: You love guest interaction and show passion for great customer service
- Strength: Physically strong to assist our guests with their luggage
- Have eligible working rights in Australia
