Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment? RSM Australia is seeking a Personal Assistant to join our growing Albury Business Advisory team, supporting two Partners and contributing to the smooth operation of our division.

About the Role

As a Personal Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our Partners' day-to-day operations. From managing diaries and coordinating travel to liaising with stakeholders and supporting reception, your role will be pivotal in ensuring our team runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Diary and email management for two Partners
* Coordinating meetings, travel, and accommodation
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* General administrative support including scanning, filing, and document handling
* Assisting with incoming calls and reception duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Essential

* Completion of Year 12
* 1-2 years in a similar role
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Certificate in Business Administration
