Senior Finance Manager – Renewable Energy IPP
We're supporting a fast-growing Renewable Energy IPP looking to appoint a Senior Finance Manager to help mature and strengthen its finance function as the portfolio scales.
This role will lead improvements across accounting, financial controls, reporting, and systems – helping design and embed processes that ensure a high-performing, efficient finance team.
What you'll do:
* Oversee day-to-day accounting, monthly close, and financial reporting
* Strengthen internal controls, processes, and financial governance
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
* Partner with project teams on project/asset accounting and financial compliance
* Manage and develop a small finance team
* Drive system and process optimisation (NetSuite experience a plus)
What we're looking for:
* 7–10 years' experience in finance or accounting
* CA/CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
* Strong technical accounting capability and experience improving finance processes
* Background in renewables/energy projects is highly desirable
* Experience managing teams
* NetSuite knowledge preferred
