As a Parts Interpreter, you will ensure timely and accurate supply of quality parts to both external customers and internal stakeholders. Your customer‑facing role will be pivotal in maintaining delivery standards, achieving sales targets, and fostering long‑term customer relationships.

Reporting To
Parts Supervisor.
Your Responsibilities Include
* Collaborating with a small team of parts interpreters and internal sales staff
* Providing exceptional service to external customers and internal stakeholders
* Utilizing electronic parts manuals to identify and supply parts according to customer needs
* Sourcing parts externally when necessary
* Maintaining and updating records using Microsoft Dynamics
* Delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email, and over the counter
* Working closely with the warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of parts

* Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skillsPossess intermediate to advanced computer skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded
* Have a good understanding of earthmoving, construction equipment, or a related industry
* Demonstrated experience in spare parts interpreting
* A solid mechanical understanding would be advantageous
