The Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Gardener to deliver regular lawn and yard maintenance services for an NDIS participant. This is an ongoing subcontracting role with flexible hours, supporting the client to maintain a safe and pleasant outdoor area.
You will work independently, providing scheduled garden maintenance while ensuring outdoor spaces remain accessible and well-kept.
Responsibilities
* Mowing lawns and trimming edges
* Weeding and general yard tidying
* Watering plants and maintaining garden beds
* Clearing paths and ensuring safe access points
* Communicating respectfully and professionally with the participant
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in domestic garden and yard care
* Competent in using lawn care tools and gardening equipment
* Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively
* Confident working with NDIS participants or in similar community settings
Requirements
* Own gardening equipment and tools
* Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
* ABN (subcontractor)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* First Aid & CPR (desirable)
Location
Melbourne VIC – Local travel required. Travel reimbursements are available where applicable.
