Role
The Store Associate (Full‐time) is a customer service specialist responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in‐depth information about our products, and acting as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
* Helping customers with any of their needs.
* Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
* Providing exceptional service at the fitting rooms and tills.
* Processing deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back‐of‐house areas.
* Replenishing stock and changing displays on the shop floor.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
* The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.
* Approachability and comfort talking to a range of customers.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational and time‐management skills.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
Working Hours
38 hours per week across a variety of shifts including late night, weekends and public holidays.
