About the opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our Retail Property Finance team and lead the financial stewardship of our $15bn retail assets portfolio. Reporting to the Financial Controller – Retail Property Finance, you’ll lead a high‑performing finance team to deliver strong financial governance, insightful analysis and strategic support for our Retail platform.You’ll play a critical role in shaping asset performance, enhancing financial processes, and supporting decision‑making across Property Management, Leasing and Asset Management.
What you’ll be doing:

Oversee all property finance operations including financial control, budgeting, forecasting and reportingEnsure accuracy and integrity across monthly, quarterly and annual financial resultsProvide commercial insights and analytical support to Leasing, Property Management and Asset Management teamsLead analysis of leasing performance, operational results and asset valuationsManage annual audits, reconciliations and budgets for outgoings and marketing fundsSupport capital transactions including due diligence, settlement adjustments and ERP onboarding/offboardingCollaborate with IT to uplift systems, data quality and reporting capabilityDrive business improvements and maintain compliance with internal policies and legislationLead and develop a talented finance team, fostering growth, capability and performance
