Key Responsibilities
* Provide field support for desktop and network issues at client sites to ensure system functionality.
* Implement and manage imaging processes to optimize client systems.
* Conduct regular network troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure reliable performance.
* Administer Office 365 environments for seamless user accessibility.
* Manage Active Directory for secure access controls.
* Operate SCCM for efficient deployment and management of client systems.
* Facilitate Windows administration tasks to ensure secure and effective operations.
Requirements and Skills
* Proficiency in imaging systems and reimaging.
* Strong network troubleshooting skills to resolve connectivity issues.
* Experience with Office 365 and cloud-based applications.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and network resources.
* Ability to work with SCCM for deploying and updating systems.
* Experience in Windows Administration for configuring and monitoring server environments.
Working Conditions
Work involves extensive travel to client sites for technical support and consulting services. Regular maintenance and troubleshooting activities will be performed remotely or on-site as needed.
