About The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team and contribute to the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) Program.
This program provides free nonclinical, community-based supports aimed at facilitating and maintaining recovery for people experiencing severe and persistent mental illness.
As a Community Support Worker, you will offer one-on-one and group support (in some areas) to assist recovery, build skills for independent living, and help participants contribute to their communities.This position is a Maximum Term (2 yrs) Part Time (3days a week) role located in Tamworth.
You will be required to travel across the region.
