Key Responsibilities
Create a wide range ofassets that captivate our audience and elevate our brand. Your creativity will bring to life:
* Brochures, catalogues, flyers, and other print collateral thatshowcaseour homes
* Digital assets such aseDMs, website updates, digitalbannersand social media content
* Adapting and refreshing existing assets tomaintainaccuracy, relevance, and brand integrity
* POS materials and signage that grabsattention
* Internal communications that motivate and inform our team
About You
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design or visual communication
* 3-4 years of graphic design experience (residential construction experience a plus)
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
* Passionate about design trends and confident taking briefs from concept to finished art
* Strong multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Collaborative, open-minded, and eager to learn
