What you'll do
With support and guidance from an Assistant Director, you will:
Guide agencies to adopt future-focused workforce practices.
Translate data into sharp, executive-ready insights that inform decisions.
Develop strategic workforce plans that lift capability across the NT Public Sector
Support your team to grow their skills and confidence.
Champion inclusion and diversity workforce priorities
Continuously refine and improve our tools, processes and ways of working
You'll join the Workforce Development team in the Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) – a collaborative, innovative group dedicated to making workforce strategy meaningful, practical and scalable across government.

You bring strong project planning experience, analytical and data literacy skills, and an ability to turn workforce evidence into forward-looking advice.
