**The Team**
The Logistics Technical Team is a national centralised team that manages systems across the CCEP Logistics network. The Logistics Technical Team is responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly without system issues as well as implementing system enhancements which ensure CCEP have a competitive edge.
**The Role**
We are have a great opportunity for a P**roject Support Officer, Engineering and Technology who will be **responsible for providing direct commercial and administrative support to the project team including, Purchase Order raising, goods receipting, SAP report production, team member administrative on/off-boarding and data management. This role is also responsible for the effective completion of financial transactional work, including system reporting, project data management and assistance to team members during transition phases.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing effective commercial, accounts and project administration support to the API E&T project teams.
- Processing of purchase orders including raising, goods receipting using CCEP vendor management and financial systems.
- Production of regular reporting as required using CCEP reporting tools including SAP.
- Administration support for the teams including team member on/off-boarding, data management, set-up of technology and other items required for successful commencement / exit from organisation.
- Ensuring that internal customers' needs are a driving force behind decisions and activities; ensuring production of transactions, reports and assistance meets the organisation's needs
- Identifying opportunities for improving transaction efficiency, data management and implementing them
- Ensuring adherence to process by project team members and any identified risks are raised promptly.
- Be the knowledge owner for SAP within the project. Build and maintain strong technical networks within CCEP to assist meet short
- and long-term requirements.
- Encouraging others to adopt disciplined project approaches, facilitating the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace.
- Establish and maintain effective systems of transaction and data management for self and others to ensure that transactions are completed efficiently, and data managed effectively.
- Identifying opportunities and taking action to build relationships between, teams, departments, and units to help achieve program goals.
- Providing support to staff and peers. At all times demonstrate and proactively comply with the CCEP behaviours.
**About you**
- Strong working knowledge of project environments
- Working knowledge of Workplace Safety programs, and legal requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high standard of presentation
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in SAP transaction management and data management
- High degree of computer literacy, particular in MS software packages (word, excel)
