**Job Description:** As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for managing high volume restaurants and bars, overseeing logistics, stocks, staff rotations, and costings. You will also be expected to report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues, as well as maximise income generation for the business.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience and knowledge in managing a hospitality business
* Authorisation to work in Australia
* Business-level tasks such as staff shift allocation, opening new venues, operations management, staff hiring, training, profit & loss, costings, etc.
* Computer literacy for reports, documents, systems, etc.
* Strong knowledge of quality safety and service standards
