About the Role
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant at Outstaffer, you\'ll help companies hire both locally in Australia and across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, partnering with clients in Australia and the United States.
You’ll focus on winning new clients, expanding accounts, building a specialist desk, and placing top talent, backed by AI-powered recruiting technology and a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.

What You\'ll Do
- Proactively build and establish new client relationships to generate job requisitions and grow your desk.
- Establish and maintain a specialist desk in your niche sector (Tech, Finance & Accounting, HR, Admin).
- Position yourself as a subject matter and market expert within your chosen field.
- Consult strategically with clients, delivering tailored talent solutions with speed and precision.
- Build strong pipelines of top talent with the support of a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Design and execute strategies to attract and retain both clients and top talent.
- Stay ahead of market trends, providing insights and thought leadership to your clients.
- Place people into impactful roles with our partnered clients, contributing to long-term success stories.
- Engage actively in company events, professional networking activities, and CSR initiatives.
About You
We\'re looking for professionals who are:
- Experienced: 3+ years in 360° agency recruitment RPO, or client-facing B2B sales roles within fast-paced environments.
- Proven Performers: You’ve built relationships, delivered results, and are ready for your next big stage.
- Entrepreneurial: You think like a business owner and want a company that respects and empowers that drive.
- Growth-Oriented: Curious, adaptable, and constantly looking for ways to grow professionally and personally.
- Tech-Savvy: Excited to use cutting-edge tools and platforms that simplify and accelerate the hiring process.

- Autonomous: You value structure and standards, but don’t want to be micromanaged.
Highly Regarded Skills:
- Specialisation experience in Finance & Accounting, or Construction.
- This is a fully Remote position, but candidates based in the Greater Sydney area are also highly regarded.
