Our key civil client is looking to take on full time labourers with a good attitude and desire to upskill and progress within the civil industry. With numerous subdivision and infrastructure projects around Adelaide they are looking for long term workers to help carry out their increasing pipeline of works
What We Offer:
* Guaranteed temp to perm after 3 months work
* 50+ hour work weeks with weekend work available
* Progressive pay rate $ $38.36/hr + penalties
* Daily travel allowance and also meal allowance (meal allowance after 9.5hrs worked)

Your Day To Day Duties:
* General civil labouring - Site setup, flagging, digging holes
* Working alongside pipe laying crews as a "toppy", site cleanup, assisting trades
* Helping spot for excavators and other machinery
* Pit & pipe work such as digging trenches for pipes
* Operate machines (if tickets are held)
Successful Candidates must:
* Hold a White card
* Have a License + Own Transport - Some of our projects are hard to reach so we require you to have reliable transport to get to site
* Be reliable, punctual, and good at communicating.
* Experience in civil, construction trades, landscaping and mining is preferred but not mandatory.
