About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving sales growth, developing new business partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth through strategic planning, market research, and relationship-building
* Identify new market opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes
* Recommend technically competent solutions to customers and prepare and submit quotes as needed
* Collaborate with the Technical Services Group to upskill and knowledge-develop in hydraulic technology
