Executive Culinary Manager Required
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Manager to oversee the food preparation and presentation in our kitchen. As part of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard.
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen with efficiency and effectiveness.
* Prepare and cook a variety of Modern Australian and Mediterranean dishes.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and smooth operation in your section.
* Train, mentor, and support junior kitchen team members.
* Assist with inventory management, stock control, and rotation procedures.
Key qualifications and skills required include:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Proven ability as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef with leadership potential.
* Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and modern techniques.
* Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent professional qualification.
* Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
