They are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team. The Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office and providing high-quality administrative support across multiple business areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing diaries and scheduling meetings (using Calendly and other tools)
* Handling correspondence, filing, scanning, and post duties
* Preparing meeting notes and organising online meetings
* Liaising with clients and maintaining a professional, polite phone manner
* Drafting and sending written communications when required
* Managing internal systems and supporting documentation across four business entities
* Assisting with general office coordination and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
You:
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-3 years' experience in an office administration role within the financial sector
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
* Must have worked on Xplan before or something similar
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* A professional and friendly phone manner
* The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive attitude and willingness to support a small but dynamic team
* Comfort working on-site and engaging directly with the team and clients
