Maintenance Systems Specialist role | Perth | ERP & SAP exposure | Cross-team impact

Operating across complex manufacturing and production environments, the organisation is currently undergoing a major ERP transformation to streamline operations and enhance asset management capabilities.
Your new role:
Maintain and update equipment registers, maintenance strategies, and critical spares assessments. Review and improve training materials related to equipment and maintenance systems. Develop and refine procedures for data gathering and ERP data entry. Source and compile technical equipment data through collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. Assess critical equipment parts lists (EPLs) and stock availability. Support maintenance planning and introduce progressive maintenance strategies. Enhance ERP system usage and contribute to its ongoing development. Assist in establishing and tracking maintenance KPIs. Monitor maintenance plan effectiveness and implement updates as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain inventory standards. Work closely with production units to develop maintenance plans. Provide technical support on equipment, drawings, and spare parts. Coordinate with engineering teams during equipment onboarding to ensure proper documentation. Report hazards, incidents, and contribute to a safe working environment.
What you'll need to succeed:
Trade Certificate.Extensive experience as a tradesperson with broad plant exposure.Several years in a planned maintenance environment.Solid master data management skills.Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA exposure is highly advantageous.Proficient with computers and technical documentation.
